What You'll Do: Collaborate with a group of recent graduates while participating in CrossVue's "Consulting Bootcamp" where you will build your consulting toolkit and earn your Workday certification. Upon completion of this program, you will join a "coaching family" for on-going support and professional development Work closely with mentors and colleagues to learn consulting best practices and gain subject matter expertise of Workday Play a hands-on role in all aspect of the systems implementation including assisting project managers in gathering business requirements, designing, testing, and driving the project to completion Assist team lead with configuring the system and providing outstanding customer service to the client including but not limited to data conversion tasks, configuration, business processes, security, testing, reporting, and more Participate beyond client delivery including, but not limited to recruiting, marketing, business development, operational improvement, and beyond Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and work effectively in team-oriented environment while building strong relationships with clients and colleagues Passion and aptitude for solving problems and learning new technology as demonstrated by hobbies, activities, or work history Strong time management and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities Ability to relocate to the Washington, DC or Northern Virginia area and travel up to 20%-25% of the time Excellent verbal and written communication skills, creativity, confidence, and a great sense of humor!
