Team Lead, Client Success Manager, Public Sector
About the PositionOur Team Leads act as player-coaches for the public sector CSMs and work with strategic clients to ensure their optimal adoption of the FiscalNote and CQ product suite and that they have years of being happy, successful clients. They manage and lead the strategy for the CSM Team to drive efficiency and ultimately promote Net Revenue Retention (NRR). They are the key players for presenting risk mitigation progress to leadership and also being the voice for the team and our clients internally. Through a combination of industry expertise, product knowledge, and client-management skills, the Team Lead, CSMs, Public Sector partners with Account Management to address the product and training needs of our US Agency clients.
