Helm Point Solutions is currently seeking 5 experienced Information Assurance Engineers/ISSO's at Fort Belvoir providing technical and programmatic IA support for network and information security systems. Qualified Candidates must be able to: Design, develop and implement security requirements, Prepare documentation from information obtained using accepted guidelines (eg, DITSCAP, RMF, etc.), Prepare Security Test and Evaluation plans, Analyze policies and procedures against established laws and regulations and provide recommendations for closing gaps. Develop and complete system security and contingency plans, Conduct security program audits and develop solutions to lessen identified risks, Evaluate, develop and enhance security requirements, policy and tools. Perform vulnerability assessments including development of risk mitigation strategies. Educational and Experience Requirements: BS Degree in Computer Science or related field and 5-10 years of applicable experience. Candidates without a degree must possess 11-14 years of applicable experience Required Certifications: DoD 8570 IAT Level II. TS/SCI REQUIRED for consideration. Must be a US Citizen
