Human Resource Business Partner - NAM About the job RHI Magnesita is seeking a Human Resource Business Partner to support several of our leaders across North America. The HRBP will work directly with RHI Magnesita's senior leadership to develop and direct an HR agenda that closely supports their organizational goals and objectives. Qualifications and Job Description In the position of HR Business Partner, you will perform a specialized type of HR work focused on HR consulting to the business including: Interpreting company strategy into people and culture initiatives. HR consulting and coaching (eg, working with business leaders to develop and structure the organization and respective teams). HR coaching (eg, working with business leaders to support in their own development). Liaison between leaders and HR core to providing expertise in technical and regulatory aspects of employment including hiring, termination, performance management, rewards, etc. Enabling business change (eg, supporting the talent aspects of organization structure changes, talent integration related to mergers & acquisitions, etc.). Lead change management. Guide and Lead employee reviews in specific areas/regions;(eg, facilitating talent committees enabling manager to participate, consolidating data, involving HR Core team to participated as needed, etc). Partnering with the business and talent management, staffing and recruiting colleagues on key talent initiatives (eg, workforce planning, Organization design and development, hi-potential employee development, succession planning, etc.). Employee experience working on internal employer branding, in line with our company cultural and goals. Leaders development, working in our leadership framework, making clear that our leaders understand our principles and their role as people manager, supporting in talent attraction and retention, talent development, etc. Regional and/or local rollout and implementation of global talent initiatives. Consult leaders about how people cost can impact in SG&A. Preferred Candidate Minimum of 10 years of HR related experience Bachelors degree required Proven work experience in building strong internal client relationships Experience working in a matric structured organization Ability to quickly problem solve and provide solutions to people challenges
