Responsibilities Our Technology Strategy Senior Consultants help our clients improve business value through optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of their IT capabilities. This high performing group plays a critical role in multi-disciplinary strategy teams. We enable our clients to understand, plan for, and realize strategic opportunities presented by information technology through a collection of capabilities such as Organizational Capability Maturity Assessments, Data Collection and Analysis, Strategic Planning, Roadmap Development, Enterprise Architecture, and Cost Estimations. The IT Project Management Specialist will provide project management support for a key enterprise transformative initiative. In this role, the candidate will support and augment a team of multi-skilled project management and technical team members providing governance and oversight support for an enterprise system involving multiple workstreams to include project management, quality assurance / quality control, and release management coordination. The team members interact and coordinate activities between several stakeholders and multiple solution vendor teams and track progress against expectations. Additionally, the project management specialist would be expected to assist in the coordination of training activities and communications documentation. Job Description/Responsibilities: Support client meetings and capture key information related to project risks, issues, assumptions, constraints, and dependencies as well as document individual actions items and solution decisions Develop status reports for internal project team, client project team, and program stakeholders Coordinate activities, deliverables, and meeting invitations between solution teams and project stakeholders Manage all project documentation, technical product features, and release notes, and other logs, trackers, and sign-off messages on client repository (eg, SharePoint, Confluence, and One Drive) Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university US Citizenship required 2+ years of professional experience Minimum of 2 years' experience in a project support or enablement role (eg, project analyst, project specialist, or business analyst) Strong writing and organizational skills; able to multi-task and prioritize tasks Proficient with Office 365 suite (eg, Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience with managing content on SharePoint Experience using MS Project and Visio Experience adhering to organization's compliance policies and tools and utilizing and enhancing organizational templates and processes Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodology Preferred: PMP Certification for senior candidates (PMI(R) PMBOK knowledge for all other candidates) Agile Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification or Agile scrum methodology knowledge Experience or knowledge of asset management systems (eg, IBM Maximo), ERP systems (eg, SAP), and/or timekeeping systems (eg, UKG) Experience Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) experience Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience Additional Requirements The successful candidate must not be subject to employment restrictions from a former employer (such as a non-compete) that would prevent the candidate from performing the job responsibilities as described.
