Collaborates with system and software engineers to design, develop, operate, and manage an Elastic stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Beats, and Kibana) and related technologies. Strong initial focus on creating a solution/method to ship data from a transactional PostgreSQL data source to Elasticsearch in near real-time. Responsible for designing and implementing approximately 20 different indices and data mapping. Responsible for creating complex queries to be used by system recommendation services. Must have the minimum requirements: Bachelor's in Computer Science or related discipline and 8 or more years software engineering experience Must have an active TS/SCI with Polygraph Candidates should have experience with: Designing, building, and maintaining an ELK stack cluster Designing, building, and maintaining Kibana dashboards Elastic security Docker Advanced scripting Desired experience may include: Kibana Machine Learning Kibana Graph Who are we?
