OVERVIEW Hendall Inc. is seeking a Principal Recruiter to support our company during rapid growth surges. The Recruiter will have a solid understanding of hiring within the Government arena supporting areas such as business development, information technology and training & development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background of success sourcing candidates to support contracts / projects in the government healthcare arena. Candidates must work well in high-pressure environments and display strong sourcing techniques. DUTIES Work with the HR / Recruiting division to develop and implement sourcing strategies that connect Hendall with quality candidates Source relevant job boards, platforms, social media, and other (online) channels to connect with professionals Utilize company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage all applicants and their transition from candidate to hire, dispositioning of all applicants appropriately Daily Boolean and career board sourcing of ATS database, social media, phone, and mobile (via text messages) sourcing Comfortable contacting potential candidates via various methods including, social media, calling, text and e-mail Displays ability to follow current sourcing and recruiting process Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and goals Prepare screening questions for requirements Screen resumes, pre-screen applicants, evaluate skill level and submit to Hiring Managers Maintain courteous, professional, and effective working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization Comply with all federal and state laws and company policies regarding recruitment and selection processes Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree 3+ years of experience recruiting in a government contracting environment 3+ years' experience sourcing and recruiting Business Development professionals Strong sourcing, negotiating, and ability to follow recruiting processes Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and candidate dispositioning Intermediate to advanced knowledge and experience with Excel and SharePoint PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS iSolved Payroll Networks ATS experience Recruiting Certification (AIRS, PRC, CSSR) Experience tracking data in Excel Flexible, versatile, and works well under pressure Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize Ability to readily adapt to changing requirements Hendall Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
