Trustpoint.One has partnered with a leading AmLaw 200 Firm, with offices in Washington, DC, in their search for a Commercial Real Estate Attorneys, with strong leasing experience, for a long-term (6+ months) contract opportunity to support Attorneys with work for high-profile clients. This position offers a terrific opportunity to support industry leaders with a variety of transactional tasks that will include: Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a broad array of commercial leases including office, retail and healthcare space Managing due diligence The qualified Commercial Real Estate Attorney will have 3+ years of experience handling a variety of commercial real estate leases from either a leading law firm or in-house legal department. Must have strong negotiation experience. Any experience with healthcare leases is a strong plus. All Attorneys must be barred, in good standing, in Washington, DC. Strong hourly rate commensurate with experience. This position offers the high-level, sophisticated work expected from a top law firm without the pressure of meeting high billable hour requirements.
