We're looking for an experienced and collaborative Construction Manager who thrives when people are in sync and construction projects are running not just on time but within budget. Supporting our Virginia and District of Columbia operations, you'll be responsible not only for the overall project delivery, but also for the compliance of design plans during construction as well as the safety, technical, contractual, budget and schedule activities. We'll depend on your expertise to manage construction inspection methods, be watchful of construction techniques and ensure regulations standards are being upheld. You'll have the opportunity to coordinate with State and City personnel, client, contractor, and project stakeholders during course of the project. Also, we'll depend on you to review submittals and RFIs.
