Located at Shaw Air Force Base near Columbia, South Carolina. Travel to the Middle East occasionally (short-term). Provide expertise and reachback support to the Army for Base Operating Support (BOS) efforts. Provide technical advice for base master planning in support of CENTCOM operations and exercises. Support development of base camp master plans, base camp execution plans, base camp action plans, real property planning boards, and force flow beddown requirements. Support Army facilities for countries in the Gulf States region, Central and Southeastern Asia region, and Levant region with the USARCENT AOR, specifically Kuwait, Qatar, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Jordan. Collaborate with Program Manager, team of experts, and DoD personnel in the areas of Facilities/Base Camp Master Planning, Program Management Assistance, Real Estate/Real Property Master Planning, and Knowledge Management/Support Administration. Minimum Qualifications: Secret Security Clearance (Active) Directly related experience within the last five (5) years: working with DoD related Real Property Management Installation Status Reports (ISR) program optional: General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) Travel to the Middle East (short-term) may be required for this position Required Skills: Working knowledge within three (3) years of: DoD Real Estate, Real Property, and facility engineering concepts Army or DoD space use standards and programs Standard DoD Real Estate reports Must have experience and working knowledge within the last three (3) years of: Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access) SIPR Access Headquarters Installations Information System (HQIIS) Army Stationing and Installation Plan (ASIP) Real Property Planning and Analysis System (RPLANS) Installation Geospatial Information & Systems (IGI&S) Enterprise Proactive Real Property Interactive Space Management System (ePRISMS) BUILDERTM Sustainment Management System (SMS) EEO Employer/Protected Veteran/Disabled.
