We are a practice that brings together teams focusing on thought diversity, collaborative problem solving, and development of our professionals to enable our Government and Public Services (GPS) Discovery & Data Management Practice clients face litigation and other regulatory requirements with the resources to efficiently and effectively assist the government and respond to information requests. If you want to help clients make sense of their data and are passionate about keeping up with the latest data trends and technology sources, then our team would be a great fit for you!Work you'll do:Assist attorneys and support staff with ongoing Relativity needs, including but not limited to: imaging documents, organizing documents, devising workflows, constructing queries, searching (saved searches, dtSearch indexes), batching documents, tagging documents, modifying coding panelsCreate and run search term reports and persistent highlight setsEnsure requirements and deadlines are defined and met for the phases of eDiscovery projects/tasks within Relativity, including processing, hosting, and productions.Use Relativity Legal Hold application for anticipated or ongoing litigation matters, including sending hold notification, interviewing and following up with custodians, and generating reports.Possesses excellent user relationship skills including the ability to proactively manage user expectations, recognize and anticipate user needs, and adapt capabilities to consistently meet project requirements.Successfully manage multiple concurrent tasks while keeping leadership, attorneys, and support staff informed of status.The team:Deloitte's Government and Public Services (GPS) practice - our people, ideas, technology and outcomes-is designed for impact. We aim to help our clients solve their most pressing data management challenges by bringing key stakeholders together and helping them to navigate challenges such as cloud migration, implications of new technologies, evolving data sources, and pressure due to time constraints or regulatory requirements. Our practice has established itself as a leader in delivering the full spectrum of Discovery services to government agencies. Our teams apply eDiscovery leading practices and leverage analytics technology, as well as traditional legal research and writing, to assist government attorneys and agency staff through the litigation or information request process.Our team includes practitioners with a variety of Relativity skills, from system administrators to infrastructure engineers, and analytics specialists to document reviewers. We support our clients with management of their data to optimize their use of Relativity for a cost-effective and efficient review approach. We have team members covering the range of features and functionality within Relativity and who train clients and staff on navigating the platform.Required Qualifications:Bachelors DegreePrior experience administering and consulting clients on Relativity Analytics workflows requiredThe following certifications are preferred but not required: RCA, Relativity Certified Administrator, and/or Relativity Certified Expert, Relativity Certified Master.Minimum 5 years' experience providing eDiscovery services and litigation support on complex and large cases involving complex eDiscovery challenges.Must have demonstrated exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Must possess detailed planning and organizational skills and have a thorough understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM); especially data collection, review, analytics and production.Candidate must possess solid, broad knowledge of Information Technology infrastructures including networks and other sources of data.Prior knowledge and experience managing eDiscovery projects and related technologies required.Advanced experience planning eDiscovery efforts, managing client expectations, and working with clients to minimize their risk exposure.Must be proficient in a wide range of technologies and be knowledgeable as to eDiscovery industry "best practices" including an understanding of multiple tools and processes associated with large scale complex eDiscovery response.Must establish compliance with all directives for secured handling of documents. Must have proven ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining proper priorities and scheduling on extremely tight deadlines. Must work as part of a team be able to manage complex relationships with all stakeholders. Must be well organized, a strong communicator, detail oriented, demonstrate good judgment, be confident working independently. Undergraduate degree and graduate degrees strongly preferred along with eDiscovery related technical certifications. Certification in eDiscovery program preferred.
