Adventist Healthcare seeks to hire an experienced Philanthropy Program Manager for our Philanthropy program who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

As a Philanthropy Program Manager you will:

• Will identify, research, cultivate and steward a portfolio of corporate and foundation donors and prospective partners ensuring significant revenue growth for the Adventist HealthCare Philanthropy program.
• Play leading role in managing the design and implementation of an institutional giving program that will significantly increase both funds raised and number of donors.
• Build and manage a portfolio of 50-75 institutional donors.
• Develop relationships with key decision makers at grant making organizations and corporations.
• Identify, cultivate, solicit and steward donors.
• Develop strategic funding requests based on needs of Adventist HealthCare and interests of prospective partners.
• Achieve activity goals for visits and funds raised.
• Develop and execute strategies to engage new partners and communicate impact to partners.
• Collaborate with entity based philanthropy teams to ensure shared success.
• Work with philanthropy team to implement strategic stewardship events.
• Participate in long range planning setting ambitious goals for program growth.
• Create written proposals and correspond with stakeholders and partners.
• Convey goals and objectives clearly and in compelling manner; listen effectively and clarify information as needed; interpret verbal and non-verbal messages that others communicate; produce clear status reports; communicate tactfully and candidly.
• Stay abreast of best practices and corporate giving innovations with a willingness to test new ideas, as appropriate.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications include:

• Undergraduate degree required.
• At least three years' experience fundraising
