Marketing Coordinator Aireco Supply, a regional HVAC distributor located in Laurel, MD is seeking a Marketing Coordinator. Primary responsibilities include planning and coordinating sales programs, marketing campaigns, promotions and training/events for the trade. Assist with the planning and implementation of marketing programs to support sales objectives. The marketing coordinator will be asked to lead and assist in project coordination and general marketing initiatives. Responsibilities: Work directly and collaboratively in planning and executing events including training classes, branch open houses, company golf outing, off-site meetings, trade shows and incentive trips. Develop marketing campaigns to advertise and promote training and events. Manage all administrative support and setup for trainings and events. Conduct venue searches, negotiate contracts and oversee all event coordination and communications. Develop event materials including online registrations site, flyers, invitations and other event/project forms and materials. Manage internal sales incentives and programs providing communication and tracking. Coordinates various internal projects, manufacturer promotions and rebate programs. Develop digital and traditional marketing assets and branding to distribute to appropriate channels. Tracks and maintains inventory of marketing materials including training materials, literature and promotional items. Oversee, track and report on marketing expenditures. Review and process invoices. Assist with co-op advertising budget and processing for marketing programs and events. Writes internal and external communications and announcements to effectively communicate pertinent information as it relates to marketing campaigns and events. Provides superior customer service by responding to inquiries and requests from internal and external customers. Provides assistance with various digital marketing channels including social media, digital signage, email marketing and SMS marketing tools. Assist with content maintenance for website. Skills/Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred. Strong communication skills and a sophisticated understanding of what should be communicated to different audiences. Detail and deadline oriented with a proactive approach to all projects. Strong organizational and time management skills. Exceptional creative and grammar skills. Capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Willingness to complete all levels of a given project/initiative. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively. Highly efficient with Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Microsoft Access is a plus. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite - InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat. Graphic Design skills are a plus. Creativity is welcomed! Knowledge of various social media platforms, email marketing and website development/maintenance (WordPress). Knowledge and ability to assist with the development of digital and social media strategies.
