We are seeking an Integrations Engineering Manager who is passionate about technology and creating delightful fintech experiences. The Integrations Engineering Manager will lead a team of integrations and support engineers, fostering a culture of service, excellence, trust and inclusivity. They will serve as a trusted technical consultant to executives, peers in Product and Technology, and to our most strategic partners as they onboard to Capital One API's on the DevExchange platform. Key responsibilities include Lead a team of integrations and support engineers, providing technical mentorship and fostering a culture of personal and professional growth Manage stakeholders at all levels of the organization, leveraging high quality consultation and solutions engineering services to empower Capital One executives as well as peers in Product and Technical teams Craft highly engaging technical documentation to educate and delight shareholders across the Enterprise Empower partners to build on the DevExchange developer platform by equipping integrations engineers with necessary tools (access keys, SDKs etc) and knowledge to successfully complete integration. Gain subject matter expertise on Capital One APIs, technology, and services to communicate with new and current partners for implementation, training and enablement. Manage complex, high value IT consulting projects that require the coordination of development work on multiple platforms and across multiple teams to achieve the desired outcome. Build and maintain excellent internal and external client relationships. Drive the user feedback loop to prioritize high value features on product roadmaps. Execute on organization-level objective of providing a best-in-class B2B partnership experience. Identify opportunities to reduce friction in the partner onboarding process. Maintain auditable partnership records in Salesforce CRM. Perform with minimal direction and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Communicate well across executive, technical and non-technical audiences. Basic qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science 2+ years of management experience 6+ years of experience in integrations, software or devops engineering 6+ years of experience with system integration technologies (RESTful APIs, OAUTH 2.0, Gateway or TLS) Preferred qualifications 4+ years of experience in Agile practices 2+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure, or another public cloud service 4+ years of experience developing enterprise applications in at least one of the following: Java, Scala, Python, Go, Javascript/TypeScript, Angular/React.js, or Node.js 4+ years of experience using open source frameworks to develop enterprise applications At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.
