Primary Purpose

As part of Emmes' centralized Site and Patient Access group, the Feasibility Specialist is responsible for performing pre-award and post-award feasibility services and helps in operational strategies by supporting with meaningful data. The Feasibility Specialist is expected to get involved cross-functional meetings to share the feedback from the feasibility efforts and share information for proposal development and for preparation of bid meetings.


  • Provide pre-award support for feasibility services, identify competitive landscape and other important considerations for site and country selection
  • Participate in the development of proposals and bid defenses by sharing necessary information, risks, and mitigation strategies
  • Conduct feasibility studies, if required and participate in site selection
  • Prepare find feasibility report and discuss findings and recommendations with the study teams and the sponsors
  • Support the development, analyses, interpretation, and presentation of feasibility data in support of operational strategy and planning
  • Conduct data mining of internal and external databases and for use in development of robust strategies for global clinical trials
  • Review and provide feedback to management on site performance metrics, if requested

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferred) in health-related field, with at least 3+ years of related experience in conducting feasibility services within pharma and/or CRO
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint is essential
  • Demonstrated strong problem solving and analytical skills, combined with sound business judgment
  • Ability to work proactively and effectively, with creative problem-solving and collaboration skills
  • Highly motivated with ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Must have a good understanding of budgets and contracts
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and flexible
