We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist who will plan and administer policies relating to all phases of human resources activity.   • Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects employees to fill vacant positions through advertisements, Placement services.
  • Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources Functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
  • Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals.
  • Administers and keeps records of benefits plans participation such as insurance, 401K, vacation, Sick leave, and leave of absence.
  • Work with finance for the preparation of employee payroll
  • Maintain employee handbook - develop new handbook in 2022 - 2023.
  • Responds to employee's suggestions and grievances.
  • Investigates accidents and prepares reports for insurance carrier.
  • Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.
  • Coordinates the participation of various training programs and conference for all employees.
  • Liaison between subsidiary (API) for all human resources matters including, but not limited to benefit administration, maintaining of personnel files.
  • AGS Flyer committee Member -currently on hold.
  • Administer all commercial insurance (Workers, comp, auto insurance, cargo insurance, property insurance, etc.)
  • Provide executive support to senior Vice President - Corporate Services.
  • Supervise office and guesthouse cleaning services.
  • Maintain all files for company automobiles: Work with finance for credit applications, Tag registration, Insurance, EZ Pass, Oversee Verizon Wireless cell company accounts.

Experience and Education:

  • Associates degree in Human Resources or bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 3-5 years human resources management experience
