Job Summary/Company: Call Center Managers! Start out Q2 of 2022 with a new career!! Sparks Group has partnered with a leader in the higher education field who is seeking a call center manager for their call center based in the Reston/Herndon area. Seeking a proven game changer who can streamline processes, identify opportunities with new software and implement efficiencies while developing a high performing team. Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, train and monitor staff performance
  • Identify ways to streamline processes and increase customer satisfaction
  • Ability to utilize call center software and to produce reporting summarizing data and trends
  • Forecast support volume, staffing, and scheduling

Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • At least 6 years of call center supervisor/manager experience
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM system
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Position requires COVID Vaccination or Exemption
  • Proven experience with ACD, IVR, Chat AI,SMS, and Social Medial
