Adventist Healthcare seeks to hire an experienced Director of Clinical Information System Implementation who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.

As The Director of Clinical Information System Implementation, you will:

•Provide leadership, clinical consultation and coordination of healthcare information processes and integration with system wide clinical technology strategies.
•Direct and oversee life cycle management of Clinical Information Systems used to improve clinical operations.
•Lead the Clinical Informatics build analyst team and provide guidance on the
integration and development of clinical content, workflow, operational processes and knowledge into informatics solutions.
•Support strategy for and optimization of the electronic health record (EHR)
to provide safer, more efficient patient care resulting in improved clinical outcomes.
•Incorporate Project Management principles ensure successful implementations of clinical information systems.
•Participates in the development of goals and objectives for the AHC clinical
informatics program that meets clinical, regulatory, and financial requirements.
•Interact with and build strong relationships with vendors, hospital leadership,
and other IT leaders.

Qualifications Include:
• Bachelor's Degree in a clinical discipline, Informatics, or related field
• Minimum of ten (10) years progressively responsible experience in clinical
area and information technology
• Minimum of ten (10) years management experience
• Project Management Professional, preferred
