At Dewberry, we are seeking an experienced Regional Recruiting Manager to support the development and execution of recruiting strategies for the Northeast Division. This position will lead, develop, grow, and inspire a team of experienced recruiters and serve as a key leader on the Human Resources Leadership Team, ensuring overall priorities are aligned and in support of the strategic plan. Responsibilities
- Serve as a key leader on the Human Resources Leadership Team, ensuring overall priorities are aligned and in support of Dewberry's strategic plan
- Build upon a culture of excellence, developing clear objectives and accountabilities for the divisional recruiting function
- Lead, develop, grow, and inspire a team of experienced AEC recruiters
- Build strong, credible relationships with senior leadership, hiring managers, critical stakeholders and partners, operating as a trusted advisor and talent subject matter expert.
- Identify and source top talent through multiple venues such as job boards, industry-specific sites, college and university campus job fairs, social media outlets, and other sourcing
- Manage and perform full cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing and closing top talent while complying with EEO and OFCCP federal regulations
- Develop strong relationships with the company's operational leaders, external professional organizations, and industry contacts to identify qualified leaders and professionals.
- Strategize on driving recruitment actions to support culture of inclusion and diversity
- Deep dive into applicant tracking system and other tools to optimize use of technology, reduce manual efforts, and streamline processes
- Present and report key recruiting metrics and talent acquisition strategies
- Manage vendor and agency relationships for maximum return on investment
- Ability to thrive, and preference for, dynamic, fast paced and high growth environments
- Recommend and implement change management where needed
Required Skills & Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) required
- Ten years of progressive Human Resources experience with a focus on Recruiting Acquisition required
- Two or more years of people management required
- Desire to become an active member of the AEC community.
- Hand-on technical experience with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools
- Experience recruiting in the Civil Engineering/Architectural industry required
- Track record of strong project management skills and innovative solutions Goal oriented, motivated, self-starter with a desire to learn and contribute in a team environment.
- Demonstrated success utilizing LinkedIn and other alternative sourcing methods to identify and hire high level positions with niche skill sets.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Experience with a web-based applicant tracking system, preferably iCIMS.
- Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills.
