If you are seeking a role that offers you the opportunity to develop personally and professionally, consider a career in Federal Business Planning & Analysis at Deloitte.Work you'll doAs a Manager within our team you will:Explain, present and analyze the financial performance of the businessProvide meaningful, actionable insights, advice, and recommendations on historic and the future financial performance to the Business' leadershipSupport the business leader to successfully implement the business strategyParticipate in strategy development and planning, facilitate the long-term financial planning process and develop metrics to monitor the performance against strategic objectivesDeliver timely financial analytics and business counsel to effectively measure business performance against strategic prioritiesSupport an efficient and effective planning and forecasting process that produces accurate and achievable plans and forecasts that align with business's strategic objectivesSupport the business in protecting, growing and optimizing the assets of the FirmSupport initiatives to help the business in achieving its strategic objectivesContinuously improve FP&A's organizational efficiency and effectiveness by leading internal change initiatives as part of the FP&A teamSupport federal compliance initiatives including analyzing direct and indirect rates, documenting and reviewing time and expense and other compliance processes and procedures, and other activities as required.The TeamTransparency, innovation, collaboration, sustainability: these are the hallmark issues shaping Federal government initiatives today.
