Extended Ops: Strategic Project and Change Management

As a Manager within Extended Ops, in the Strategic Solutions team, you will be part of an innovative, talented team responsible for development and execution of strategic supply chain initiatives and projects.

You will partner with cross-functional teams of experienced operations personnel, intent owners, and external suppliers to deliver strategic projects. Work with business leads to determine and implement strategic direction. You will be responsible for executive-level communications and strategic storytelling to support the leaders and initiatives within our organization. You'll also produce and evolve a department-wide narrative that enables a cohesive story to the enterprise. This role is for you if you are an experienced and versatile storyteller who is excited about driving communication agendas, and delivering strategic projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects and processes on key enterprise initiatives
  • Partner with internal clients
  • Be a key driver in change management
  • Communicate with internal customers and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Drive the associate engagement strategy for department leadership, including departmental communications, associate engagement updates, and town hall events
  • Collaborating with teams across the enterprise to deliver engaging and compelling content
  • Build and execute strategic plans for executive-level leader communications


The Successful Candidate Will Have:
  • Proven track record for developing and implementing successful communication strategies and storytelling
  • Strong project and program management experience with large strategic initiatives
  • Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
  • Ability to present complex subject matter in a clear, concise and compelling manner
  • Proven ability to work effectively with multiple constituents, including peers and executive management
  • The ability to think outside the box to creatively integrate problem-solving and structured thinking
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational skills, analytical talent and attention to detail
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Experience developing and executing successful communications strategies including executive-level leader communications support
  • Ability to flip back and forth from strategy to tactics quickly


Basic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification
  • At least 1 year experience in Communication Management
  • At least 2 years project management
  • At least 1 year change management experience


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Economics
  • Project Management Certification
  • At least 3 years of experience in Project management
  • At least 1 year of experience in Operations management, Process management, Supplier management
  • At least 2 years experience developing and executing Communications Strategies
  • At least 3 years experience developing presentations for diverse audiences
