Senior Financial Systems Analyst / Systems AccountantPosition DescriptionCGI Federal is looking for people with a client-focused mindset and analytical capabilities to support the objectives of the Financial Management Directorate and FM Business Solutions Office (FMZ) for our Intel Community partner.As a member of this team you will assist the government with financial management operations, monitor and coordinate program resource allocations, supports the GEO-F system, including future enhancements, development and validation financial requirements.Your future duties and responsibilitiesSupport of the Geospatial Intelligence Financials (GEO-F) and Organization Requirementsand Budgeting Information Tool (ORBIT) systems, including future enhancementsDevelop and validate financial requirementsDevelop and maintain system documentation and training materialsDevelop IV&V testing processes to validate financial dataCoordinate and participate in system engineering and technical exchange meetingsCoordinate and participate in milestone events to include requirement reviews, designreviews, and program management reviewsDefine and develop technical requirements and specifications for development andtestingCoordinate security certification and accreditation documentation and activities such assecurity reviews and package submittalsDevelop reference architectures, implementation plans, concept of operations, exerciseplans, data strategies, and process flowsTroubleshoot system related issues ranging from SF-133 reporting issues to IPBS issuesSupport Financial Audit Remediation ActivitiesDevelop and validate "as-is" and "to-be" business processesDevelop, interpret, and revise accounting and finance systems policies and proceduresand provide integrity of financial recordsParticipate in user testing and acceptance of software and applicable interfaces,development of test strategy, execution of the tests, and documentation of resultsCoordinate with the system owner and ASP to advise on and ensure all subsystems areup-to-date per user's requirementsRequired qualifications to be successful in this roleActive TS/SCI with CI polygraph requiredBachelor's Degree or higher in a business related field such as Business, Finance,Accounting, Management, Computer Science, Economics12 years' experience in assessing federal financial business processes, developingfinancial systems options, and implementing system solution to include demonstratedexperience with federal financial management including all aspects of programming,planning, budgeting, execution and/or accounting3 years' experience supporting Momentum-based financial systems upgrades and/orenhancements1 year experience supporting IBM Cognos BI/Analytics products2 years' experience with developing and maintaining process documentation or processmanagement in support of Momentum-based financial systems2 years' experience in developing and maintaining system configuration managementplan and monitoring for Momentum-based financial systemsDesired:5 years' of program management experience with PMP certification OR 5 years ofdemonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience with system administration functions related to Momentum financials3 years' experience serving as a budget analyst or management analyst; monitoringcommitments, obligations, and/or expenditures of federal appropriated funds in theOperations and Maintenance (O&M), Procurement (PDW), and Research, Development,Testing, and Evaluation (RDTE) appropriations5 years' experience conducting analyses invloving complex technical parameters toinclude acquisition and logistics requirements, schedule constraints, procurement andbusiness principles and similar cost-influencing factors5 years' experience with Momentum Financials and/or Momentum Suite3 years' experience with IBM TM-1 and COGNOS3 years' experience resolving FISCAM audit Notification of Findings andRecommendations (NFR).As a Federal Contractor, all members of CGI Federal, regardless of role or work location are required to be fully vaccinated effective January 18th 2022 under the current policy, and be willing to provide proof of status, with the exception of those with approved medical or religious accommodations.#CGIFederalJobs#LI-LB1Build your career with us.It is an extraordinary time to be in business.
