This position requires a commitment to work from July through November. Spirit Supervisory Responsibilities include:Manage four-to-six Spirit Halloween StoresSecure the Permits and Licenses when necessarySupervise the Construction/Build out of the storesMerchandise/Set the store according to planRecruit/Train Store Managers/Assistant ManagersInstruct Store employees on the importance of providing Customer Service to satisfy the guest and help build salesMotivate the Store Team to think outside the box to achieve/exceed the Sales goals Partner with Human Resources to handle Employee Relation issuesBe involved in the day-to-day operation of the storesControl Payroll Expense and meet Expense budgetsControl District and Store P & L ExpenseVerify that Bank Deposits are made dailyMake sure stores are prepped and ready for InventoryPack up all goods able to be sold next year following Company guidelinesWe are looking for creative, high energy, fun people with strong leadership and customer service skills.Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook and MS Office programsMust be at least 21 years of ageHS Diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum of two years' experience at store level or above and two-to-five years' experience in multi-unit retail managementValid Driver's License with reliable transportationAble to pass Company Background CheckAvailable to travel, including overnight stays when necessaryAble to communicate effectively with landlords, realtors, city officials, etc DON'T MISS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY - APPLY NOW ONLINEEEO M/F/D/V
