Here, you will help lead our industry forward, enhance your technical expertise, and make your career.As a valued colleague on our team, you will collaborate with team in designing, producing, testing, or implementing moderately complex software, technology, or processes, as well as create and maintain IT architecture, large scale data stores, and cloud-based systems.Job DescriptionTHE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKEResponsibilitiesThe ARIS Software Engineer Senior Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilitiesIndependently determine the needs of the customer and create solution frameworks.Design and develop moderately complex software solutions to meet needs.Use a process-driven approach in designing and developing solutions.Implement new software technology and coordinate end-to-end tasks across the team.May maintain or oversee the maintenance of existing software.QualificationsTHE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM4+ years professional experienceARIS modeling experience.Knowledge of industry best practice standards like BPMN & EPC.Extensive experience in developing custom reports (ARIS scripting) /dashboards.Extensive experience in ARIS administration such as database, portal, ARIS architect & connect.Expert configuring meta-model, Macros, objects, permissions etc.ARIS process governance (APG) workflow development expertise.Build interfaces for supporting evolving and new applications and accommodating new data sources and types of data.Build interfaces for supporting evolving and new applications and accommodating new data sources and types of data.Proven success working in and promoting a rapidly changing, collaborative, and iterative product development environmentStrong interpersonal skills, analytical skills, combined with intellectual curiosity, and a desire and ability to "get things done" are essentialActively participate in the code review process, receiving and providing constructive feedback on ways to improve code execution.Promote and implement software design best practices and mentor junior members of the team.Follow agile engineering practices such as test-driven development, CI, and CD.
