This is a virtual / 100% remote position based in the US INTRODUCTION:We are seeking a full-time in-house Lead Salesforce Software Developer (Engineer/Architect) to join our team at Empowered Education. As the technical salesforce expert, you will collaborate with salesforce administrators, software engineers, and business units to ensure best-in-class product delivery.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to executive and non-technical audiences and to drive to decisions that lead to positive outcomesAdvanced communication, critical thinking, logic, and problem-solving skills including the ability to rationalize complex, multi-faceted problems into smaller, manageable issuesProvide technical mentorship to other team membersWork collaboratively to design, develop, deploy, and maintain business systemsEnsure "best practices"A' approaches are used where appropriateREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:Minimum 6 years of work experience with Salesforce administration and developmentWhile this role does not have direct reports, it will be vital in mentoring of less experienced team membersAdvanced education with a concentration in math, computer science, engineering, or related fieldExperience working in a matrix-style organization where your team collaborates and integrates with other teams across the organizationExperience within a fast-paced early/mid-stage environmentHands-onRelevant Salesforce certifications such as Technical Architect or Solutions ArchitectB2B and B2C experienceExperience and desire to work in a globally distributed teamABOUT US: We are a dedicated and heart-centered team that is passionate about making the world a healthier, happier, more conscious place.
