Payroll/Benefits SpecialistJob Summary:The Payroll/Benefits Specialist will primarily support the integration of new acquisitions/practices into GDP by successfully transitioning them into our systems and processes. This role will partner with the HR, Operations, and Integration teams to provide support in areas including payroll, policies, compensation and benefits administration. This role reports to the Chief People Officer and will partner closely with the HR Operations Manager and HR leaders across Guardian.Primary Job Responsibilities:1. Review and compare payroll, policies, benefits and retirement plans of newly acquired practices with GDP's plans.2. Participate in weekly integration status update meetings to report on progress of HR integration3. Onboard new practice and team members to Paychex Flex for payroll, time and attendance and benefits.4. Support new managers and team members during integration5. Monitor and maintain data integrity of the HRIS through data audits and partnering with appropriate party to resolve any questionable findings as needed 6. Provide support to managers/HR team for reporting and tracking payroll requirements, background checks, preparing offer letters, etc.7. Provide administrative support for recruitment including job postings, screening applicants as needed8. Provide support on HR projects9.
