This position requires a self-starter mentality with an appetite to learn a wide range of knowledge in numerous SaaS products and cloud-based platforms. Impeccable communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and fix issues quickly and efficiently are essential to the role.Key Responsibilities:Work closely with Platform Team managers and internal teams to maintain the technology architecture that supports Targeted Victory's business goalsMonitor the health of SaaS platforms, databases, and marketing applications ranging from AWS, Salesforce products, SnowflakePartner with the database administrator and Salesforce administrators to ensure data integrity and delivery between all databases, CRMs, and web-based applicationsIdentify and escalate successes and failures of our current technology stack and suggest improvements.Position Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer/Data Science or related degree or 1-2 years of proven experience in Information TechnologyStrong understanding in data and platform architecture is keyProven experience in managing development projectsExperience with the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales, Marketing, Analytics Clouds) is a plus
