Required Qualifications: DCA is a module of Emerson's Syncade application. This instance of DCA resides on the business network and is used for full lifecycle management of procedural documents such as Policies, Directives, SOPs, Work Instructions, Guidance, Forms and Templates. Records Management System scope is a platform including the implementation of the Intelligent Data Operating Layer (IDOL), HPE Content Manager (HPE CM), Autonomy Legal Hold (ALH), and Autonomy Process Automation (APA). HPE Content Manager (HPE CM) has been rebranded as Micro Focus Content Manager (formerly Client Records Manager) and is an electronic document and records management system (EDRMS) Both run on Windows Servers and MS SQL Databases. The role is to work along with the existing application support teams and ensure that the users are supported. Person needs to have a background in Windows administration, installing, maintaining, patching, troubleshooting of vendor supported and supplied software. (1.) To analyze ,define and design technical solution for ERP product s enhancement and work towards continuous improvement during product implementation and production support stages (2.)
