The Business Analyst will work in the IT Team and report to the Director of Strategic Analytics. In this role the analyst will work directly with the Business (Accounting, Operations, Finance, Sales) to document processes and business needs, create requirements documents, and work with the product manager to deliver solutions. Successful candidates will be generalists who enjoy exploring/understanding new business processes and discovering data-centric technology solutions that will improve the processes.
