In this role, you will monitor technology service models, such as managed services, shared services, center of excellence services, or infrastructure services.THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKEResponsibilitiesThe Support and Tools - IT Service Delivery - Advisor role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilitiesApply strong subject matter expertise and act as a key advisor to identifying obstacles to effective technology and/or ability for project teams to deliver.Advise teams on corrective actions to resolve performance issues affecting products or initiatives.Partner across the technology division to drive increased efficiency and enable the success of products or initiatives.Measure resolution effectiveness and the impact of organizational decisions on the process environment.QualificationsTHE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAMMinimum Required Experiences6 years of experience with IT Infrastructure components such as Unix/Linux/Wintel Servers, networks, firewalls, routers and load balancersAbility to analyze different components of the infrastructure and application environmentsPrior experience leading large Programs and ProjectsExperience and confidence working with all levels of managementAbility to quickly and concisely communicate (verbal and written) with senior management and other stakeholders on technical issues in non-technical termsAbility to occasionally work on nights and weekends depending on the nature of the projectsStrong relationship management skills and aptitude to multi-task in a high stress environment, both within teams and independentlyProficiency with Jira, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft ProjectDesired ExperiencesBachelor degree or equivalentPMP certification or Scrum Master certificationFinancial services industry experience is desiredAdditional InformationThe future is what you make it to be.
