SURE specializes in rehabilitating homes and renting furnished homes to traveling professionals. Our renters are on average with us for 90 days. Our motto is: "Just bring your clothes, everything else is ready for you."A' QUALIFICATIONSHotel or front desk experience preferredManagement of accommodations for guests and cleaning services staff preferredA' Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment, work independently, be attentive to detail, organize extremely wellExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHave a general understanding of preventive and on-going maintenance, hospitality mindset, and a positive attitude.Proficient in Google Workspace, Wix, and QuickbooksRequirement(s): Reliable transportation, Access to email and phone communicationsPOSITION DETAILS & DESCRIPTIONIdeal candidate will be positive, solution oriented as it pertains to interactions with guests, skilled at interior design and decoration.A' The role will also involve managing multiple rental properties, guest accommodations, and expense reconciliation. The rental styles are similar to an Airbnb type of lodging business (Rentals are usually 90+ days).This is a dynamic position that will start out part-time and has the potential to become full-time with increasing levels of responsibility.Physically inspect buildings and common areas to ensure cleanliness and safety prior to guest arrival.The role will involve overseeing rental turnovers, including but not limited to:Management and coordination of housekeeping staffProvide basic cleaning (vacuuming, dusting, etc.) of empty units to ensure they are "show ready"A' in the event the housekeeping staff is unavailableChecking guests in and outPrepare and audit move-in/move-out paperworkManage and oversee operations for onsite rentalsPAY RATE, HOURS PER WEEK, & SCHEDULEDays and hours: flexible schedule, not an on call position.
