BlueVoyant is seeking a User Experience (UX) Designer to join our growing third-party cyber risk (3PR) design team focused on helping deliver an intuitive user experience for our customer-facing portal.As a UX Designer, you will collaborate with engineers, product managers, the client success team, and other stakeholders to craft intuitive and interactive interfaces. In doing so, you will help our users understand and navigate critical systems used to identify and resolve security risks.We are looking for someone who excels at working collaboratively with key stakeholders, is comfortable giving and receiving actionable feedback, and prioritizes the user in every step of the design process.Requirementsconducting quantitative and qualitative user researchcreating representative research artifacts sketching low-fidelity wireframescrafting high-fidelity mockupsmodeling the user journey through interactive prototypesperforming design reviews during development conducting user acceptance testing to ensure results meet defined criteriaQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent UX design experience2-4 years of experience in UX designstrong understanding of user-centered design principlesdeep knowledge of user research practices and when/where to apply themthe ability to translate complex requirements into action items, and execute on theman understanding of the capabilities of coworking teams, and how to collaborate effectivelythe ability to create wireframes with meticulous attention to detail that can stand on their own, with quality high enough for client demos, and careful precision for implementation by engineeringKnowledge of accessibility in design, and application of best practices (eg, 508 compliance, ADA compliance)a fundamental understanding of user experience role in the software development lifecycle experience implementing UX best practices in customer-facing portals and data visualizations experience working in an Agile environment An online portfolio is required to be considered for this roleTechnologies we useFigmaFigjamJiraConfluenceLucidchartAbout BlueVoyantAt BlueVoyant, we recognize that effective cyber security requires active prevention and defense across both your organization and supply chain.
