MSS Implementation EngineerSpecial Language Requirement: Fluent in English and Spanish BlueVoyant is seeking a client-facing engineer for the design and deployment of security infrastructure to join our internet-scale intelligence and managed security operation.This role is remote as long as based in US (East Coast preferred)What you will doGather relevant information about the client environment and design an appropriate instrumentation strategy.Communicate with clients to finalize instrumentation design and generate bills of materials.Collaborate with clients to onboard log sources into SIEM platforms such as Splunk and Azure Sentinel. Assist customers with deploying endpoint security solutions such as Carbon Black or Microsoft Defender.Write custom scripts leveraging APIs to pull event logs for Saas based applications. Responsibilities:Contribute to all stages of MSS architecture lifecycle, including service ideation, requirements gathering, architecture, implementation, testing, documentation, and support.Refine our MSS methodology based on industry best practices with continuous feedback and well-defined metrics to drive improvementMaintain up-to-date knowledge of technology standards, industry trends, emerging technologies, and MSS best practicesEnsure technical issues are quickly resolved and help implement strategies and solutions to reduce the likelihood of recurrenceIdentify competitive offerings and opportunities for innovation including assessments of risk/reward to the company.Act as tier 3 support for troubleshooting SIEM and EDR platforms.
