The organization is searching for a Development Operations Manager that will support the Managing Director and Director of Development by tracking the full life cycle of the fundraising process.

This position requires full vaccination (including booster) against COVID-19.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform research for prospect foundations by preparing meeting briefs and presentations, writing proposals, and building reports on sponsorship fulfillments
  • Utilize customer relationship management software to maintain and strengthen relationships with firms
  • Record individual donor and corporate sponsors information in CRM databases, Salesforce and NetFORUM, to optimize the database and run data analytics
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Communication department to manage the development sections for social media, communication plans, and the organization's website
  • Manage logistics for all fundraising efforts and for the program staff


Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • 5 to 7 years of fundraising experience
  • Previous experience managing the fundraising life cycle in a non-profit environment, including but not limited to raising funds, creating presentations, managing direct mail activities, and fulfilling corporate donor information requests
  • Proven track record cultivating and solicitating high - capacity donors and closing on gifts
