Apply today!Responsibilities: Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home Prospect for new leads to promote and acquire new business Advocate for your client to help them achieve their dreams of homeownership Learn about communities to be able to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding area Cultivate and nurture relationships with buyers and sellers, set appointments, meet with potential clients, and sign them Meet with buyers and sellers to determine their needs and present a plan to help them achieve their goals Assist clients with the buying or selling of their homes Educate clients about relevant market changes, neighborhoods, financing options, and general information necessary for them to make a decision in an ever-changing real estate landscape Present contracts (developed with much assistance from our back office team) to clientsQualifications: VA Estate License, bonus points for MD and DC too! Ability and drive to set appointments from your sphere as well as to go out on appointments set by our inside sales team Strong desire to help clients achieve their goal of finding their dream home!
