Legal Recruiting Manager
LEGAL RECRUITING MANAGER - GREAT OPPORTUNITY IN WASHINGTON, DC We are currently working with one of our highly regarded AmLaw 200 law firm clients on their search for a Legal Recruiting Manager. This position can be based in Washington, DC, Boston, or several Florida locations, and offers a hybrid working arrangement. Responsibilities: Manage the identification, recruitment and hiring process for law students within assigned region Facilitate the on-campus and job fair interview process Coordinate and schedule callback interviews Plan and oversee all aspects of the summer associate program Attend social events Act as the main point of contact for summer associates, law student recruits, and entry-level associates Develop and leverage relationships with law school career services' departments Execute outreach events to enhance the firm's brand at target law schools Manage the law student recruiting and summer program budget for their assigned offices Facilitate the administrative processes related to hiring Maintain accurate candidate files in the applicant tracking system Work collaboratively with the Recruiting Committee Requirements: Bachelor's Degree required 5+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in the legal or professional services industry Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience with database solutions/applicant tracking software (viRecruit preferred) as well as virtual platforms Firm offers competitive salary and a full benefits package.
