Come grow with us!Job Description:Perform tangible asset valuation projects and audit reviews with the ability to multi-task between several projects under coaching/supervision of managers.Skill sets required include:Analyze client financial statements and tangible asset listings Prepare modelsPerform company, industry, asset, and economic researchPrepare narrative reports to support valuation analysesParticipate in client calls and meetingsSupervise and train staffPrepare support documentation related to the valuationMinimum Qualifications:Undergraduate degree in engineering, operations, finance, economics, accounting or related field requiredProgress towards valuation accreditation desired (ASA)2 - 4 years' experience in valuation in a CPA firm valuation services and/or transaction servicesAbility to multi-task between several projectsExperience in tangible asset valuations for mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, tax and regulatory compliance, restructuring and reorganization, corporate services and management planning purposesExperience performing inventory valuations a plusMust be self-motivatedProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, solid analytical and modeling skills, the ability to work well in a team environment and a commitment to mentoring and developing staff.ABOUT THE TEAM:Advisory Services (AS) provides transaction support, bankruptcy and restructuring advisory, valuation, corporate finance advisory, litigation and dispute resolution consulting and forensic investigation services.
