The PM will serve as a senior CACI representative and primary interface to the customer's organization. The PM will establish and maintain the trust of customer and stakeholder organizations as well as industry partners, and will provide leadership, management and oversight to the program's workforce to deliver exceptional outcomes to the ground enterprise.What you'll do in this roleCustomer facingProvides thought leadership to the Government by articulating a vision for transformative outcomes across the customer's portfolio, and establishing credible plans to achieve themCommunicates the strength of CACI's current and prospective offerings, and their potential role in achieving the Government's objectivesMeets routinely with the customer's leadership, rank-and-file, support and advisory staff to maintain awareness of Government priorities and constraintsProvides technical, programmatic, mission and administrative briefings as necessary to communicate progress and overcome obstaclesMaintains expertise in relevant mission and technology concepts and trends, and advises the Government on managing related risks and opportunitiesTeam facingTranslates customer vision and mission objectives to credible business plansDecomposes potential customer needs to actionable business development activities, collaborating with CACI business development and capture management teams to identify, qualify and pursue task order opportunitiesManages a substantial and highly technical workforce developing and delivering products supporting the program outcomesManages a team of subcontractor partnersAllocates resources and sets schedules to accomplish program and task order objectivesLeads program reviews and adjusts priorities, resources and schedules as necessary to achieve customer satisfactionDefines and implements risk mitigation strategiesPlans and adjusts work operations to meet changing program requirementsLeads process and performance control and reporting, including preparation of internal and customer-facing financial, contractual and technical management artifactsYou'll Bring These QualificationsCurrent TS/SCI eligibility and fully adjudicated polygraphA bachelor's degree in engineering or a related fieldMinimum of 10 years of experience with the management and execution of complex mission application development and sustainment in the ground segment of national space systemsMinimum of 10 years of demonstrated program management experience in large federal Government technology environmentsA thorough understanding of Government buying behavior and the factors that shape itThese Qualifications Would Be Nice to HaveAn advanced degree in engineering or a related field, or an MBA degreeExperience developing SIGINT signal processing and mission control applicationsProven ability to exercise broadly delegated authority for planning, directing, coordinating, administering, and executing many projects within a programExperience serving as the single point of accountability for customer-facing program execution, including all cost, schedule and performance matters, for a major systems or software development contractExperience leading a task-order driven, multi-award IDIQ development contract, including experience developing winning task order proposalsExceptional presentation, written and verbal communication skillsPMI Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified Scrum Master, or similar certificationsExperience leading agile/iterative development, systems analysis and integration in complex, schedule-driven operating environmentsExperience negotiating contract requirements and contract modifications with Government customersExperience conducting teaming negotiations, establishing and maintaining subcontractor agreements, and evaluating and tracking subcontractor performanceWhat We can Offer YouThis opportunity offers very rewarding and unique benefits, which equates to 50% of compensation on TOP of your base salary!
