We invest in our team members, offering a wide variety of internal and external development opportunities.What you will do for Siemens Smart Infrastructure:This position performs inspections, testing, and maintenance on fire sprinkler systems and other water-based systems in accordance with all national and local standards.Responsibilities: Assist higher-level inspectors with testing of fire pumps, wet systems, dry systems, tamper switches, water-flow devices, and hydrants. Assist with inspection, testing, and service of wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge fire sprinkler systems; standpipes; backflow preventors; fire hydrants; and fire pumps per NFPA 25 standards. Follow and maintain highly-structured inspection schedules. Maintain complete and accurate documentation of all tests performed. Generate reports within Siemens tools and upload to city municipality websites. Complete service ticket documentation before leaving customer site. Provide instructions to customer's personnel regarding proper operation and routine inspections; assist with training. Work overtime when needed. Adhere to local, corporate, and OSHA safety policies and procedures.
