The PCT provides any basic patient care duties and assists with tasks to assist with the progression of the patient's plan of care. PCT's don't perform phlebotomy. Patients served include infant through elderly adult.What You Need to Be Successful: Current CNA certification from MBON required Current BLS Certification required Six (6) months previous experience in a similar position, or a minimum of two (2) semesters of clinical experience in formal Nursing education with a certificate from MBON as CNA.
