Responsibilities: The Marketing Associate is primarily responsible for assisting with the planning and execution of marketing strategies and go-to-market campaigns. They will help execute a wide range of marketing tactics and initiatives, including engaging clients and prospects through content marketing, targeted demand generation campaigns, website landing pages, sponsorships, events, speaking engagements, thought leadership, webinars, e-mail marketing and internal communications. Projects may include assisting with online research, writing, editing, formatting and light graphic design of promotional content, sales collateral, advertising and presentations. This marketing associate role will be primarily focused on event assistance & related activities. You'd like this Event Strategy focused role if you are:A hands-on, event experienced, creative individual who will support all activities related to webinars & hybrid events. You are technologically adept, have good project management and communication skills, are detail oriented and comfortable with logistics, and are highly collaborative. You are comfortable working with concurrent tight deadlines and understanding the expectations of multiple stakeholders across various levels of the organization. You have a have a proven track record, and enjoy, all facets of virtual events, webinars, and related activities. Opportunities for an event-focused candidate:Leverage existing skills and webinar delivery experience to become a team specialist on our webinar delivery platformBuild on your existing skills and event experience to become a team specialist with our externally focused hybrid and virtual eventsAssist with "run of show," navigating each essential step in the event process with the Event Strategy team and in collaboration with additional colleagues for virtual, hybrid events and webinarsAssist with show processes, assisting with day-of logistics, all while coordinating with internal teams from within the firmAssist with event coordination and planning details (scheduling, speaker coordination, presentation materials, and execution of virtual events)Conduct virtual event practice sessions with identified speakersSet-up event web page and registration sites within our event management systemAssist with online event related research Qualifications: Successful candidates will have:Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism or related fieldMinimum of 1+ years of event focused marketing experienceEvent certifications such as Cvent (preferred)Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff from entry level to partners and work well in a team environment. High level of attention to detail. Experience writing informative, engaging, and persuasive content preferred.Knowledge of marketing tools and techniques. Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, business-related social media and Salesforce.com helpful Experience with marketing automation tools preferredProficient project management skills and the flexibility to prioritize multiple project requests simultaneously in a timely and efficient mannerPrevious professional services experience or marketing internship, preferred#REMOTE#LI-MN1
