Position Summary: Our Call Center Representative is responsible for assisting individuals impacted by natural disasters who are applying for services to their rebuild lives. Call Center Representatives, provide empathy to survivors of natural disasters along with timely and accurate information to those applying to the program, our program management via phone, teams chat and email, while capturing details from applicants via phone calls.Job Duties and Responsibilities include:Must be available between the hours of 8am - 6pm CSTStrong attention to detail, time management, and decision-making skillsMust be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume call centerMust be available between the hours of 8am - 6pm CSTStrong attention to detail, time management, and decision-making skillsMust be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume call centerAbility to demonstrate both empathy and professionalism.Polished phone etiquette and grammar and strong computer data entry skillsPerform other duties as assignedComplete all required compliance training on an annual basisSkills and Competencies: (ie dependable, self-directed, goal-oriented, ability to effectively communicate complex informaton, Emergency Management / Disaster Recovery industry knowledge preferred, specific technical programs needed, etc.)Required Education and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent2 years of previous experience in customer servicePreferred:Professional Proficiency in Creole/French, Spanish and English languagesPrevious experience in a Disaster Recovery call centerSalary$15.00 an hour.Powered by JazzHRiAbG8pu7ug
