In this position, you'll manage the program, including one direct report, to connect these Changemakers to their destiny and reach and even exceed revenue goals. You'll create and implement ways for donors to immerse themselves in the ways their gifts and prayers are changing the world - fighting extreme poverty and the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, reaching communities ravaged by war or disaster and helping refugees and immigrants start new lives in the United States. The salary range is $65,000 - $70,000 plus an excellent and competitive benefits package, commensurate with experience. Our team is awesome, and we'll treat you that way too.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:You'll lead implementation of an fundraising plan to retain and grow a portfolio of over 1,300 donors giving between $1,000 - $10,000 per year through:Engaging one-on-one with donors daily.Managing mid-level donor communications including newsletters, a welcome series and more.Building community through Changemakers virtual engagement events.Collaborating with the Director, Annual Fund on direct response appeals and campaigns.Reviewing reports and reporting progress to ensure the mid-level channel is on target to meet revenue goals.Regular, systemic use of World Relief's CRM, Raiser's Edge/NXT.Dream up a new and innovative way to steward mid-level donors and chances are we can try it!You'll build the donor pipeline through:Developing and implementing a system to acquire new mid-level donors from our breadth donor fileImplementing a stewardship plan that will guide mid-level donors to deeper levels of funding and engagement with World ReliefYou'll help promote a positive, highly engaged and collaborative team culture for yourself and one direct report, as well as among the larger strategic engagement and development team through:Developing systems for the mid-level team to share responsibility for the annual fundraising plan.In-person and virtual meeting participation with the annual fund team, the strategic engagement and development team and US office-based mid-level fundraising managers.Sprint Team participation for things like disaster response campaigns, donor events and other special projectsStaying flexible and being a team player!The nature of humanitarian work is being prepared for the unexpected. There likely will be new ideas and new functions, but always added with careful attention to your work/life balance and capacityKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:Extremely organized and detail orientedAbility to manage multiple deadlines and prioritiesA flexible working styleREQUIREMENTS:Bachelors or Associates degreeAt least 3-5 years experience in donor-centered fundraising, implementing fundraising plans and with sharing donor impactExcellent phone, writing and interpersonal skillsExperience with mass email marketingExperience maintaining donor or customer records.
