Project Manager, Bank Operations Chief of Staff Team

The Bank Operations Chief of Staff Team supports an organization of approximately ~680 associates. As a Project Manager on the Bank Ops Chief of Staff Team, you will have the opportunity to both lead and support strategic business projects. In this exciting role, you will work closely with key stakeholders to deliver results that will directly impact Bank Operations organization. We're seeking someone highly organized with proven ability to contribute to and drive strategic projects and execute on critical business and cultural priorities. We are looking for someone who is passionate about growing an inclusive culture for Bank Operations through programming and communications and who has excellent partnership and collaboration skills. This person will have a strong attention to detail and be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

As a Project Manager on the Bank Ops Chief of Staff Team, you will:
  • Plan, design, manage, and execute project plans for medium to large scale projects for Bank Operations
  • Manage logistics and deliver key deliverables for Bank Operations Senior Leaders
  • Provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery
  • Drive projects based on defined priorities; ensure scope of deliverables, timelines and budget are met; identify risks and issues and mitigate and / or escalate as needed
  • Leverage problem solving skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent and maintain key project documentation
  • Forge relationships with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments
  • Identify ways to improve and streamline business routines
  • Exhibit a proven track record of project management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage the work
  • Partner with communications partners and other key stakeholders to support Bank Operations communications needs as well as Senior leader communications needs.
  • Use Google tools and features to organize and enhance information sharing.
  • Work with a diverse group of individuals with a wide array of skills and perspectives who will challenge you to excel

  • Ability to identify and implement creative solutions
  • Work experience achieving results with complex projects


Candidates must live within 100 miles of our hub site in Richmond, VA, McLean, VA or Wilmington, DE.

Basic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 3 years of experience in project or process management
  • At least 1 year of experience in Google Suite


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
  • 5+ years of experience in project or process management
  • 1+ years experience working with Senior Leaders or on a Chief of Staff team
  • 1+ years Experience drafting large scale communications
  • 1+ years Event management experience
