Chief of Staff - Insights and Reporting (Process Manager)

As a Manager of Process Management, you will create executive risk reports and execute processes that support key risk activities. You will create and modify reports and processes while collaborating with smart and passionate leaders to inform risk decisions across Retail Bank. You will develop and execute processes to monitor and report on risk trends across the Banking Industry.

We are seeking dedicated, disciplined, process professionals who excel in a team environment and are experts in process development, execution and improvement. This individual will have demonstrated that they can improve company processes in the past, resulting in saving time and resources for the company. This individual must be able to effectively communicate and influence partners across the company and across multiple levels of the organization. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities is essential to succeeding in this role. This individual must be self driven and demonstrate a strong ability to work autonomously to deliver flawless execution of SLT level reporting and process improvement projects.

General Responsibilities:
  • Creating and executing risk processes
  • Creating executive level risk reports, creating compelling slides for SLT consumption
  • Driving process improvements aligned with desired customer outcomes
  • Analyzing, identifying and reporting on risk insights and themes
  • Providing subject matter expertise on processes when representing the department in projects and other meetings


Basic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 2 years of experience in Risk Management and Process Management,
  • At least 2 years of experience in Project Management or Communications
  • At least 2 years of experience in Analysis


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Management, Process Management, Project Management, Risk Management or Communications
  • Lean certification or Six Sigma certification
  • 5+ years of experience in Risk management
  • 5+ years of experience in Process management
  • 5+ years of experience in Project management
  • 5+ years of experience in Complex problem solving
