Job DescriptionThe Restoration Crew Leader will lead the restoration team to implement and maintain restoration projects with staff and volunteers to support our mission of clean water and strong communities. The incumbent will coordinate the day-to-day implementation of tree plantings, tree bed creation, pavement removal, and green infrastructure projects. The Restoration Team Leader will serve as the organizer of in-ground projects and lead daily work of the restoration field crew. This person will coordinate with the Community Engagement Manager on the integration of projects with volunteer support. This position reports to the Restoration Project Manager, RPM, who coordinates project design, implementation, materials logistics, approvals, and supports scheduling.
