The company is searching for a Manger of Stewardship & Engagement that will build and maintain relationships with donors and oversee fundraising efforts.

Full vaccination (including booster) is required for this position.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for full life cycle fundraising to support the organizations growth and commitment to financial planning standards.
  • Cultivates and manages donor relations, providing best in class customer service.
  • Project management of the fundraising program to include the pipeline and portfolio of donors and fundraising activities.
  • Utilize data management, database optimization, and data analytics, to optimize fundraising efforts (Salesforce, NetForum, and other data systems).


Qualifications/Background Profile:
  • 5 to 7 years of fundraising experience, preferably for a non-profit institution
  • Proven track record of procuring and maintaining relations with high-capacity donors
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to lead presentations and foster a relationship with donors.
  • Bachelor's Degree required
