Position Overview The Director, Digital Marketing - Americas will lead Diligent's digital strategy driving inbound demand and brand awareness across all digital channels. The Director of Digital Marketing - Americas will partner across the organization to drive digital initiatives to attract new customers, convert prospects, and engage key accounts. In partnership with Sr. Director, Marketing - Americas, this role will lead the Americas Enterprise and Mid-market marketing strategy, optimize SEO in partnership with the global SEO team, and will help manage the website user experience journey, connecting the journey across digital platforms and channels. This role will partner with Marketing Operations to implement integrated campaigns and also ensure effective reporting and analytics. This role is integral to exceeding Diligent's growth goals. This position requires expertise in CRO/landing page optimization, managing digital agency resources to deliver optimum outcomes, and strong analytics skills. A successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment and demonstrate an ability to execute precisely and quickly. Key Responsibilities Create the overall digital strategy for Americas understanding the solution/vertical sales motion and targeted personas Plan and implement digital campaigns for solutions by vertical in coordination with the Americas marketing team. In partnership with field marketers, plan and execute digital ABX strategy to drive inbound demand Create and optimize landing pages for SEM and other field marketing campaigns Partner with product marketing to ensure Diligent's story and solutions are properly expressed across all digital channels Participate in creating a seamless customer journey across all digital platforms, connecting all channels Partner with Marketing Ops to develop the proper reporting and analytics for the BU to make strategy shifts Proactively collaborate with internal stakeholders Additional Responsibilities: Americas Mission Driven Organization digital strategy management Digital budget management including managing POs and invoice approval in financial system Coordinating with digital team for execution across channels Reporting of KPIs to business unit Lead scoring monitoring and management in collaboration with broader team for one aligned, global framework Landing page creation to support digital programs and field marketing programs (knowledge of Sitecore a plus) Predictive model management to ensure region hits monthly/quarterly targets Close alignment with SDR teams to ensure lead flows are accurate and inbound requests are progressing successfully through the funnel Weekly performance reporting across all digital channels within region Required Skills/Experience: In-depth knowledge of brand & product marketing, multi-channel marketing, digital marketing and related technologies, web analytics, social media, mobile and device trends, and large enterprise marketing needs. Ability to assess and solve complex challenges related systems & process while keep the customer needs front and center This position requires a high level of initiative, the ability to partner across the organization and prioritize across multiple teams effectively, as well as the ability to use data-driven insights to optimize digital marketing efforts. Top-notch organizational skills and high attention to detail are a must Proven CRO expert with strength in A/B and multivariate testing and landing page optimization. Experience proactively identifying opportunities for conversion improvement and prioritizing tests accordingly Exceptional organizational skills and accountability. Ability to oversee multiple work streams simultaneously and equally comfortable delegating or owning tasks, no matter how big or small Ability to work successfully in a quick agile environment. Proven success of leveraging in-house experts as well as partnering with external agencies Expert in Sitecore, Domo, SFDC, Bizible, Drift, AB Tasty or Optimizely, Marketo, Brightedge or similar tool Diligent offers a strong compensation and comprehensive benefits package, including pension, Group Life Insurance and Disability protections, alongside Medical & Dental Insurance.
