Clearance: Public Trust Responsibilities: The Business Analyst is primarily responsible to support the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau's (CFPB) Office of Technology & Innovation, which is like a traditional Chief Information Officers Office (CIO)Understands the client's business including the success criteria, business issues, and problems being resolved by the project engagementUses consultative skills and understanding of technology to address requirements and objectivesGenerate and document requirements Draft and track communications Qualifications: Minimum of 4 years of experienceA Bachelor DegreeStrong experience in process redesignExperience in change managementExperience working in a consulting capacity requiredStrong communication skills Three (3)+ Years of supporting Federal Government ClientsExperience working in an Agile environment DESIREDknowledge of 1071 ruleAny IT Certifications like CSM (Certified Scrum Master), Project Management Institute Agile Certified Practitioner PMI-ACPBuchanan & Edwards, Inc.
