Referred to as "the crown jewel of Harbor East" the Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore has 256 guest rooms including 45 suites.The role of the Reservations & Communications SpecialistOur department is the core of communication for the hotel, utilizing phone calls, emails and mobile chat. In this position, you will manage a large volume of calls throughout the shift. You will be contacting guests to provide pre-arrival assistance, as well as answer any questions or concerns during their stay. You should be comfortable completing room reservations as well as be able to describe the hotel's offerings, and benefits in a detailed and informative manor. As this position is revenue-focused, there is an opportunity to earn incentives on reservations made after 90 days of employment. Strong communication, computer skills, ability to multi-task with a variety of systems are required for this opportunity.
